My massive vision is to have more women-owned businesses than ever before.

Why?

Because I know so many amazing women who downplay their abilities, get stuck in analysis paralysis, say “one” day”, are burnt out in their job but don’t know what to do, or think owning a business is for “other people”.

Did I know everything when I started my first business? No. Here’s what I did know: 1. I didn’t want to work in another hierarchical business where middle-management was the best I could hope for. 2. I’m smart, capable, love learning, and am not afraid of failure. 3. I wanted to impact my community. 4. I wanted to be the boss I never had.

So I went for it.

And now I own multiple businesses. My husband works for one of them, which has allowed him to create his own business. We’re building a mini empire, and neither of us work more than 40 hours per week.
