We want you to love your Main Character Energy merch! Below is our return and refund policy so you know what to expect.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the custom nature of our print-on-demand merchandise, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to make it right.

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Email support@massivevisionbrands.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect.

• If approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.

3. Wrong Address or Customer Error

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses or errors made at checkout. Please double-check your information before submitting your order.

4. Delivery Issues & Tracking

Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to you by our fulfillment partner (Spring). If you don’t receive tracking within 7 business days, contact support@massivevisionbrands.com and we’ll help you track it down. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
